Shipping Policy

For eBooks and Digital Content

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with details on how to access your purchased digital content.

Please Note:
  • No physical content is sold or shipped.
  • No printed invoice will be provided. A digital invoice will be sent to the email used during purchase and will be available under your profile settings.
  • Access details will be delivered to your registered email within 5 to 30 minutes of successful payment.

Return Policy

For Digital Content

All digital content purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access is granted, the order is considered final and cannot be reversed.

Can I cancel my order after the payment has been processed?
No, orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
Can I request a refund for a processed order?
No. Once payment is completed, the digital content is assigned to you and cannot be refunded.
Can I print or share the digital content with others?
No. This constitutes piracy and legal action may be taken.
Can I share my login details with others?
We strongly advise against this. Only one user can access the content at a time. Shared sessions will be signed out.
What if I received the wrong title?
