What is Reflowable Content?

Reflowable content automatically adapts to any screen size, orientation, or reader preference — unlike a fixed PDF, which forces readers to pinch, zoom, and scroll sideways on small screens.

Better Accessibility

Works with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies.

📲
Great on Mobile

No zooming, no horizontal scrolling, no manual resizing.

🎨
Reader Personalization

Readers choose font size, font family, reading mode, and scroll vs. paginated view.

🖥️
Adaptive Layouts

Layouts respond to screen size, orientation, and resolution automatically.

Draw & tag containers

Containers define content regions on a page — a heading, a paragraph, an image. Draw them wherever the AI missed something.

✏️
Guide: Draw a new container
5 steps
1
Click Draw Container
Found in the top toolbar.
2
Drag across the page
Draw a box around the content region you want to capture.

5
Click Apply

Apply tag
💡Tagging tips: draw accurate boundaries, avoid overlapping regions, prefer semantic tags over visual formatting, and always add meaningful alt text to images.

Fix the reading order

Reading order determines how screen readers move through the page — getting it right is essential for accessibility.

🔢
Guide: Set the correct reading order
4 steps
1
Enable Reading Order mode
From the View Tags menu.
Enable reading order mode
2
Select and shuffle content into sequence
Changes appear instantly in the Preview panel.

Clean up unnecessary divs

AI conversion can leave behind redundant container structures. Removing them gives you cleaner HTML and better responsive behavior.

🧹
Guide: Remove redundant divs
4 steps
1
Open the structure hierarchy panel
Identify unnecessary or deeply nested div containers.

2
Choose what to remove
Empty tags, or all parent and child divs — for the current page or all pages.
3
Click Yes, Remove

4
Review in Preview, then save
Validate content alignment and formatting after removal.
⚠️Careful: remove only redundant containers — deleting structural divs can break semantic structure or layout alignment.

Undo & redo

Made a mistake? Every editing and structural action can be reverted.

Undo action
Click Undo to revert the most recent change — repeat to step further back
Redo action
Click Redo to restore changes you reverted
💾Save often during large structural edits to avoid unintentional data loss.
